An Apple Wallet pass is a digital card stored in Wallet, the app built into every iPhone. Businesses use passes for loyalty cards, stamp cards, memberships, coupons, gift cards and event tickets.
Your customer adds it with one tap from a link, a QR code, an email or a text message. There is nothing to install and no account to create, because Wallet is already on the phone.
