SALONS & SPAS

The chair is never empty for long

A cancelled four o'clock is the most expensive thing that happens in a salon, and it usually happens while you have both hands in somebody's hair. The waitlist handles it without you. The loyalty card handles the rest.

Pick your industry and the platform changes shape

PointVibe is not one dashboard with everything switched on. You choose your trade when you sign up, and it only shows you what your kind of business actually uses.

Switches on

What you get on day one

  • Appointments, with your own booking page
  • Staff availability and blocked time
  • A waitlist that offers cancelled slots down the list
  • Automatic reminders by wallet, email or SMS
  • Points loyalty, weighted to what they spend
Stays hidden

What you never have to look at

  • Table reservations
  • Menu QR codes

Built for other trades. You will not be asked to configure any of it, and it will not clutter your nav.

A DAY ON THE FLOOR

What it looks like on an ordinary day

8:40am

Thursday's four o'clock cancels. The waitlist offers it to the next person before you have finished your coffee.

9:15am

Claimed. The gap has gone and you did not ring a single person to fill it.

1:00pm

A color client rebooks at the desk. Her next appointment and her points balance are on the same card, because she is the same person.

6:00pm

Tomorrow's reminders go out on their own. You have not opened the automation since you wrote it in March.

The Numbers

Four things worth watching

Not a dashboard of forty charts. These are the ones that change what you do next week.

Chair utilisationHow full the week actually is, hour by hour, chair by chair.
No-show rateA number rather than a feeling, and by staff member.
Rebooking rateHow many clients leave with their next appointment already made.
Slipping awayRegulars whose visits have quietly stretched from four weeks to nine.
FAQ

Questions from your trade

When somebody cancels, the free slot is offered to the people waiting for it, in order, each with a claim window you set. The first to claim gets it. Nobody has to call around and the slot is usually gone within the hour.

Yes. You publish a booking page on your own link with your services, your staff and your hours on it. You choose whether requests confirm automatically or wait for you to review them.

Points. A trim and a full balayage should not be worth the same, and points handle that proportionally without anybody doing sums at the desk.

They are designed to, and the no-show rate is reported so you can judge it against your own numbers rather than ours. Reminders can go by wallet push, email or SMS, at whatever notice you choose.
