A booking is just a visit with a time on it
Which is why it belongs on the same customer record as the loyalty card, rather than in a second system you reconcile on a Sunday evening. Your own booking page, on your own link, with no commission on a client you brought in yourself.

Live in five moves
All of it sits under settings, and none of it needs anybody technical.
Claim your link
Choose the name you want in settings, and your booking page gets its own web address — pointvibe.com/your-shop, or your-shop.pointvibe.com. One page for the whole business, on a link you own rather than a profile you rent.
Choose your locations
Switch online booking on per location. A shop that only takes walk-ins simply stays off the page, and each location that is on also gets its own direct link.
Set hours and staff
Opening hours per location, staff availability, blocked time, and one-off overrides for a long weekend. The page only ever offers a slot somebody can actually work.
Set the rules
How far ahead clients can book, the minimum notice you need, your cancellation window, and whether a booking confirms itself or waits for you to review it.
Preview, then share
See exactly what the client sees, then put the link in your bio, your emails and your Google listing. No developer, no embed, no rebuild of your website.
What they see, and what you get
A page that looks like your business
- Your header photo, your logo, your business name
- Your services, priced from your own catalog
- Real availability, not a form that emails you
- A confirmation, a calendar invite, then a reminder
- Cancel or reschedule themselves, inside your rules
- No account, no app, no password
The booking and the customer, together
- The appointment on your calendar, tagged by source
- The client on your customer list, permanently
- Their loyalty balance on the same record
- A waitlist that refills the slot if they cancel
- No-shows and late cancellations counted, not guessed
- Nobody taking a percentage of any of it

The desk, the counter, and your pocket
Three surfaces reading and writing one customer record, so a booking taken on a phone and a scan taken at the till are the same person.

The part that happens without you
A booking is not one moment. It is a confirmation, a calendar entry, a reminder, and sometimes a cancellation — and every one of those is somebody's job unless the software does it.
It lands in their calendar, not just their inbox
The confirmation carries a proper calendar invite, so the appointment sits in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook next to everything else in their day. Reschedule it and the invite updates in place rather than leaving a stale entry behind.
The confirmation does two jobs
A first-time client's confirmation email carries the invitation to your loyalty card, so somebody who came for one appointment leaves as a member. A returning one sees how close she is to her next reward, on a progress bar, in the same email she opens to check the time. If the loyalty lookup fails the strip is simply dropped — the confirmation still goes.
A push the moment somebody books
The Appointments app alerts whoever needs to know as the booking lands, with a badge for what is still unread. Which alerts reach which staff member is a setting, not a fixed rule, so a busy front desk is not everybody's phone at once.
Confirmations and cancellations that read like you
Booking confirmations and cancellations go out on designed templates rather than as a bare line of text, and staff can take a digest of the day's appointments instead of one email per booking.
Reminders before the chair sits empty
Reminders are scheduled against the appointment and sent when they come due. Move the appointment and the pending reminders are replaced, so nobody gets a reminder for a time that no longer exists.
They cancel and rebook without phoning you
Clients manage their own booking from the link they were sent, inside the notice period you set. Cancel late and it is recorded as a late cancellation rather than quietly forgotten, so the pattern is visible.
A cancelled slot offers itself to somebody else
When a booking falls through the waitlist is offered the slot, so a gap in the afternoon has a chance to refill itself before anybody notices it was there.
Flat fee, per seat, or a cut of your clients
Booking software is sold on three models, and which one you are on decides what growing costs you.
A flat subscription
OursOne monthly price for the business, whoever is on the team and however many clients walk in.
Predictable. The bill on your best month is the bill on your worst.
Charged per team member
A base price, then more for every extra person who takes bookings.
Hiring costs you twice: once in wages, and again on the software bill.
A cut of your clients
A percentage of what a new client spends, usually on their first visit through the marketplace.
A good run of new faces is the month the invoice climbs the most.
PointVibe is $119 / $219 / $419 CAD a month, flat — no charge per team member, and no commission on a booking, whether the client is new or has been coming for years.
See what each plan includes
One person, not two systems
Two systems, one person, twice
- The diary knows she books every six weeks
- The loyalty program knows she has 340 points
- Neither knows she has not been since March
- Nobody notices until the chair is empty
One record, one obvious action
- Her appointments and her points are the same profile
- She shows up as slipping away before she is gone
- One message goes to everybody in that group
- The reward she is close to is a reason to rebook
The fair questions
No. PointVibe is a flat monthly subscription. There is no commission on a booking and no charge per team member, whether the client is new or has been coming for years.
No. They open the link, pick a time and confirm. The confirmation carries a calendar invite so the appointment lands in whatever calendar they already use.
Yes, from the link they were sent, inside the notice period you set. Rescheduling updates their calendar invite in place, and a late cancellation is recorded as one rather than quietly forgotten.
Yes. Your booking home lists every bookable location, and each location also has its own direct link if you want to send somebody straight there. A location that only takes walk-ins stays off the page.
That is your choice. Bookings can confirm themselves, or wait in a requests queue for someone to approve — the Appointments app shows what is still outstanding.
The booking and the loyalty card are the same customer record, not two systems you reconcile. The client who books every six weeks and the one sitting on 340 points are the same person, so you can see when she stops coming.
