This Cookie Policy explains how PointVibe (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies — such as browser local storage — across our marketing website and the merchant dashboard at app.pointvibe.com. It describes what these technologies do, who sets them, and the choices you have. It sits alongside, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy.
We keep our use of cookies deliberately lean. Customers who receive a wallet pass don't need an account or app, so most of what we describe here applies to merchants using the dashboard, not to pass holders.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device to remember information between visits. We also use related browser storage (such as localStorage) and short-lived tokens to keep you signed in and to remember your in-progress work. Throughout this policy we refer to all of these simply as “cookies”.
1 · Strictly necessary
These are required for the service to function and to keep your account secure. They can't be switched off in our systems, and they don't store anything used for advertising.

2 · Functional & preferences
These remember choices you make in the dashboard — like a plan you were comparing or a pass design you started — so the product feels consistent and you don't lose work. They're stored on your own device.

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful and where the experience can improve. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or track you across other websites.

4 · Third-party services
Some features rely on trusted providers that may set their own cookies when you use them. We only enable these where they're needed to deliver the feature.

Managing your cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through our consent prompt, and change your mind at any time. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings — though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the dashboard from working. Most browsers also let you enable a “Do Not Track” signal, which we honour for analytics.
To clear functional data stored on your device, sign out and clear site data for app.pointvibe.com in your browser.
Changes to this policy
As our product evolves, we may update this policy and the technologies we use. We'll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the product or by email.
