PointVibe Merchant is the tablet for your counter or reception desk. Scan passes, sign up new customers, look people up and run the day's appointments from one screen; the deeper setup, like analytics and rule editing, stays one tap away in the Web App.

Built-in pass scanner
Open the camera and scan a customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. Their name, member ID and balance appear with the earn and redeem rules that apply; staff pick one and the transaction is logged.
Sign customers up at the counter
A customer scans a join QR code, uses kiosk mode on the tablet, or staff fill in a short form — and the wallet pass is sent to them.
Member lookup
Find a member by name, phone or pass code. Their profile shows tier, points, visits and how long since they last came in; adjust points or reissue a lost pass from there.
Appointments
Today, tomorrow and the week ahead, a week calendar, booking requests, the waitlist, new bookings, and marking how each appointment went.
Quick-send notifications
Pick a saved message and an audience, see how many people it will reach and how it looks on a lock screen, and send.
Activity and manual entry
A feed of the day's transactions, with manual entry for anything that didn't go through the scanner.
Staff unlock with a PIN
The owner signs the tablet in and links it to a store. Staff then pick their name and enter their own 4-digit PIN, and the tablet locks itself when left idle.

The business owner signs the tablet in with their PointVibe email and password. Staff don't need a password here: they unlock it with their own PIN.
