The Web App is where you set everything up and run it — design your loyalty pass, set the rules, manage members, send notifications, take bookings and read the numbers. It runs in any browser, with nothing to install.

Design your loyalty pass

Your logo, colours, banner image and fields, issued to both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from one design. Points, visits and punch cards are all rules on the same pass. Coupon and gift card passes are coming soon.

Earning and reward rules

Points per dollar, fixed points, visit and punch-card rewards, item-specific rewards and buy-X-get-Y. Staff apply them at the counter from the Scanner or Merchant app.

Changes reach passes already issued

Edit the design and every pass already in a customer's wallet is updated for you, on Apple and Google alike. Nobody has to re-add anything.

Member management

Every pass holder with their tier, wallet, balance, visit history, lifetime spend and last visit. Search, filter by segment, then send a push or a reward to the people you picked.

Push notifications

Send a message to your members now or schedule it for later. It lands on the lock screen through the pass itself, not by email or SMS.

Location-based notifications

Add your store locations to the pass and a phone nearby shows your message on the lock screen. Up to 10 locations, 5 on the Vibe plan.

Analytics

Installs, active members, redemptions, week-by-week retention, reward effectiveness, and a list of members worth re-engaging. Some reports need the Plus or Pro plan.

Stores and franchises

No cap on stores, on any plan. Group them into franchises on Pro and above; filter transactions and scope staff by store.

Staff management

Invite staff, give them a role, limit them to particular stores, and block access instantly. Each transaction records the staff member who made it.

Transaction history

Every earn, redeem, adjustment, grant and expiry, with source, store, staff member and time. Filter it, then export what you filtered to CSV.

Manual entry

Add or deduct points, grant a reward or log a visit by hand, with a reason note kept on the record.

Exports

Export members, clients, transactions and more to CSV or Excel. How many exports you get depends on the plan.

Appointments

With Appointments & Booking: a calendar, booking requests, a waitlist, and the settings for your own booking page.

Billing

See your subscription, update your card, download invoices and upgrade your plan without leaving the dashboard.
