Pass scanning for the counter
PointVibe Scanner is a focused phone app for staff who scan passes without needing the full dashboard. It uses the phone's camera to read a customer's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet loyalty pass, then adds points, visits or punches, or redeems a reward, in a few taps. No specialist hardware.

Point the camera at a customer's PointVibe loyalty pass, from either wallet.
The customer at a glance
Their name, how long they've been a member, points and visit balances, punch-card progress, the rewards and offers open to them, and their recent activity.
Earn with your own rules
Points per dollar, fixed points, visits, punches, item-specific rewards and buy-X-get-Y — whatever you set up in the Web App.
Redeem rewards
Redeem points or hand over a free item or discount at the counter. Offers already used, or not yet live, are greyed out.
Type in the member ID
If a pass won't scan, staff enter the 16-digit member ID printed on it instead.
Unusual earns held for a manager
A possible duplicate, a large amount or a scan outside store hours is held for a manager to approve rather than credited straight away.
A shared phone, a personal PIN
Pair a phone to the store, and staff pick their name and enter their own PIN. Every scan is recorded against that staff member and the store, and blocking someone in the Web App ends their access at once.
Tied to the store
Scans carry the store they were made at, and you can require the phone to be at the store to scan.
Get PointVibe Scanner
Sign in with your PointVibe email and password. Staff need an invite first: whoever runs your PointVibe account sends it from the Staff page in the web dashboard.
